Follow-Up, the Magic Hyphenated Word

This week, my lovely and pro-active mum taught me the immense value of Effective Follow-Ups to Things that I Moan About - as she went about promptly setting up a context in 48 hours to respond to worries and woes that had beset me for the past months.

Follow-Ups are the trick, really - to doggedly pursue an area outlined for change until objectives are achieved.

Giving Up or Inaction is of course the antithesis of Follow-Ups.

A lot easier said than done, of course. Customary personal verbal diarrhoea always the preferred fall-back as opposed to Actual Deeds.

This week we also realized that children can be tortured on the streets of Malaysia in ways that make you wretch.
