Moving On Swiftly
Am inspired by Azures & Rara!Morose death-obsessed days are over (for now).
Have done the following:
1. Forcing mental paradigm shift away from fantasising about Aged Rockstar
2. Added plant collection to office window sill
3. Bought peppermint aromatherapy oil
4. Making plans for spiritual yoga retreat in Kerala
5. Throwing myself into work - Work is Prayer and i seem to forget sometimes how fun my job actually is
6. Focus on weight loss with Azures as inspiration
7. Writing self-help book with colleagues to publish and live off royalties for rest of life
8. More attention to Classical Arabic lessons which are such an eye-opener
Note to self:
Will not obsess over remark made by Boss in pantry that 32 year olds are considered 'geriatric mums'
Will not obsess about Aged Rockstar
Will not obsess about non-existence of soul mate
Will not panic about biological clock and lack of offspring

Can I help write the self help book? Will be so much fun! It shall be particularly targetted to the asian audience. Most books have no insight into the cultural and societal mores people live by in non-western cultures which obviously affect life choices and one's outlook on life.
