Shame on you, Fareed Zakaria

Honestly.
Is the western world genuinely worried about the safety and security of the 82 million Egyptian people who are giving up their lives for democratic and social change?
No, they're pathologically obsessed about the possibility of 'Islamists' taking over the government. God forbid, that there are Muslims in government.
And Fareed Zakaria, who really should know better, had asked the question to a panel today discussing the future of Egypt, of whether there would social 'retrograde' if the Muslim Brotherhood took over, for example in terms of the VEIL.
Veil and retrograde seem to be a synonymous term.
The hallmark of a liberal is not someone who shoves around secular thinking down people's throats, its one who accepts differences in expression and behaviour, as everyone (even Muslims) are entitled to freedom of expression.
I'm appalled.
