SEEING RED

Here's my favourite quote on anger:

"It's practically impossible to look at a penguin and feel angry"
Joe Moore (relation of Michael Moore?)

Anger is the sum total of those blinding moments when you are filled with such indignation and rage, that it becomes almost a self-righteous, moral crusade to immediately correct a perceived wrong.

The thing is after the few, mad moments are over, the crusade may not seem as life-consuming. Then after a couple hours you kind of re-morph into calmness and rationality.

Which soon turns into" i'm a bloody idiot"phase. Which is where i normally get stuck at.

Because it then bounces right back into self-righteousness how dare they the gall of it all I cant let them get away with it,

and a kind of ugly self-support you show him padan muka kena kat batang hidung,
topped up with fresh indignation you dont own me, you see no rings?
Am trying so hard to be Gandhi-esque soul with oodles of self-restraint.

Am now listening constantly to Indian flute music, printing pictures of penguins and embracing the mental discipline of zikr although i know it will all be lost in the miliseconds of frenzied fury when I lose my head.

Would love any kritikan membina or constructive suggestions.

Agree with Ra_ra Avis..
Its all that sexual tension that needs to be unleashed. That is why my reVirginisation Program is turning me into a manic depressive / emotionally volatile being. We underestimate the healing/calming properties of a romp every now and again.
Shall I get you 'The Rabbit' for your birthday, lov?

Halva,
was about to post something Nietzsche said about not being a monster when you're fighting the monster but was giggling at the Ghandi bit.
Noone can be Ghandi - you have to be Ghandier than Ghandi like Ben Kingsley!

You were ACTUALLY trying? Lisa's right. No one can be Gandhi.

"Ishwara Alla teru naam
Sabhko sanmati de bhagavan."

(purportedly Gandhi's favourite dhun)
